Two Venices. Apartment on the Riva + Beach Spot at the Lido
Stay in a San Simeon apartment on the Riva degli Schiavoni and live Venice in both its souls.
In the morning, just seventy metres from your front door, take the vaporetto to the Lido: within minutes you're on the Adriatic, the water still cool and your spot on the beach waiting for you. You come back in the early afternoon, when the city is only bearable in the shade. And by evening Venice is yours again — St Mark's with no queue, the Bridge of Sighs, the Biennale gardens, all just steps away.

The package includes your stay in our apartment and a beach spot at the Lido di Venezia reserved for 1 day, with the option — always on request — to extend it to several days.
Your spot on the beach:
- A beach umbrella with 2 loungers for 2 people at the Lido di Venezia
- Subject to availability: Confort Area — set among the greenery, quieter, with a built-in safety drawer; or Relax Area — in the central stretch of the beach, for easy, carefree days
- Supplement from €50 to €70 for 1 day, depending on location (Confort/Relax) and availability
- Option to request more than one day after completing your booking
- Dogs not allowed
On request and subject to availability. The beach spot — as well as the assigned area (Confort or Relax) and umbrella — depends on the lido's availability for your stay dates and must be confirmed at the time of booking. In high season availability may be limited: we recommend requesting it in advance.
